EXTREMELY rude staff!!! Slamming things huffing & puffing as if it’s an inconvenience to them to do their job.
Wrote the wrong dosage on our toddler's prescription.When brought to their attention their only reply was "would you like a new label?"
There are problems, but far fewer than others I have known. Face it, anything medical today is tiresome.
They were very busy so I had to wait about 15 minutes
They have to much business, and to few staff. The wait times, are unbelievable long, and the staff seem stressed most of the time. I guess this is what happens when you buy out you competition, and refuse to increase your staff. It's not uncommon to see prescriptions laying in the floor, with the techs trying to sort them. I believe the workers are trying to make the best of a bad situation, but until the corporate overlords wake up, things will only get worse. On 2/23/19 I called in a refill for my Trazodone 300 mg. I went to the Walgreens located at 2318 Frederica St Owensboro, KY on 2/24/19 to pick up my prescription along with some other ones. I was told I was unable to feel that one because it was just picked up on February 16th 2019. I did go to the pharmacy on February 16th and pick up several prescriptions, I came home checked all my prescriptions and none of them were my Trazodone 300mg.
