RecommendedSome of the greatest people work in Pharmacy. My mom was very ill and on a lot of meds. Insurance was a nightmare. It’s not always Walgreens fault things are messed up but they worked with me the best they could. Insurance sucks! Certain girls are always so caring over my situation and it meant the world to me. This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy..... Absolutely the worst customer service .... Needs all new staff
This is the worst walgreens i have ever went to. I've got chemical burns on my face they wouldn't let my daughter pick up my prescription because the pharmacist wasn't there and it's a new prescription it's not a controlled substance it was for Silvadene they still wouldn't let her pick it up. You wait 20-30 min. In line for them to tell her that. This isnt the first problem we had with them . I will not go to this walgreens again
Is the Morris Walgreens the worst Walgreens in America? Today the “Drop Off Prescription” window was closed because they were unloading a truck resulting in an hour long wait to drop off a scrip. They then text me to pick it up. I respond to the text and attempt to pick it up. But, I can not pick it up because the one pharmacist is out to lunch. I was told to keep driving in a circle and keep coming back to the window until he returns. I’m getting dizzy. Morris needs a CVS
Every time I go to the pharmacy once a month there’s a problem getting my sons prescriptions filled.this time Monday July 23 they list the script .Took them 2hrs to find it .Supposedly the pharmacist Mia filed it.I am switching to Isco.
Be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes to pick up a prescription. I’m not sure if they are understaffed or what, but it’s getting worse. They seem to run out of prescriptions a lot too.
30 minutes in the drive through every time you have a pick up or drop off. Really Walgreens, you can do better than that!
