I have a 2 year old with strep who needs amoxicillin. The Walgreens closest to me was already closed so we had the clinic call it in here. They called it in at 530pm and it's now 10pm and still no prescription. Something about the pharmacist needed to review it. Never again will I use this location. I don't care that it's 24 hour. I will wait till the next day.

The situation is a catch 22, the staff is nothing but friendly and tries hard to keep up with the demand. The problem is they do not have the amount of staff necessary to do this, the place is in a prime location and needs a few more employees to even come close to keeping up. I cannot blame the staff at all because they are working as hard and as fast as they can.

Dropped off prescriptions and waited only 10 minutes. The one tech was flustered but the afternoon one coming on shift seemed to know more.

Just got back from making a second trip to walgreens. Had to pick up two prescriptions, got home and realized that instead.of receiving 90 thyroid pills, I had only recd 30. Couldnt get them.on the phone without waiting probably an hour or so. I think u hVe too many new techs filling prescriptions and not paying attention to what they r doing. The name of the person filling a prescription should be on the paper...needless to say not very happy...

The Walgreens on the corner of Frazier Ave and Market St in north Chattanooga, TN is ridiculous in their 'drug' screening. I have gone in twice with full on allergy symptoms and they refused to sell me sudefed. Thank goodness CVS is around the corner. F U walgreens.
