If I could give you a lower rating I would! This video showing discrimination towards a medical condition is outright disgusting. Why do you not like the dog? Is it because you didn't get a kickback for the prescription? This video is being not only seen in Texas but all the way in Canada, and because of this one stores actions, when I go to the states I will no longer be a customer of Walgreens!
Shame on you Walgreens.

The Americans with Disabilities Act should be required reading for the staff (especially the manager) of this store. Here is a small quote for those who are too lazy to Google something. Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. I too recently saw a video of one of our servicemen that put his life on the line for US.... being asked to leave your store when he was in there with his service dog.... this is just plain wrong.... you should have thanked him for his service, NOT asked him & his dog to leave... He deserves and apology and a huge gift card.... Oh, for the record the apology should be made publicly... God bless our service men & women...
Walgreens, that is unacceptable! You need find a new manager for that store! Otherwise, that will keep happening and you WILL go out of business! Because of what happened to that Veteran, I plan to never set foot in your store again!
I think this was" Un-called for" on the part of the Walgreen Employee and I suggest this family file a "Formal Complaint" with the Home office of Walgreens.. This veteran showed enough I.D. to have the Service dog with him, and this is a disgrace to Veterans..But there again.. This manager probably has the same opinion of our countrys' Vets as "OBAMA does"~~ WHICH IS NO RESPECT for our "HEROS"~~I Will never go in a WALGREENS again~~C.V.S. would never treat a Veteran with a Service dog this way....!! This is So Sad~~
