I just watched what your manager did to that Veteran, who suffers from PTSD received while in service to our country. Shame on you! If this is how your company deals with the disabled, or more specifically, disabled vets, then you've lost our business, and more.
Get your head out of your ass, you idiot! It is illegal to deny service to someone with a service dog. If it had been me, I would have attempted to kick your ass back to whatever sewer you crawled out of. Since I am disabled, I might not have accomplished it but I guarantee that I would not have been alone. Your type is why I moved all my Rxs away from Walgreens.
I think that it is so disgusting the way our Veterans and Service Members are treated. Celebrity athletes and celebrities are treated better! That so called "Manager" needs to personally apologize to him for the way that he was treated. How about we train Walgreens associates how to correctly handle certain situations and the Manager how to be a nice human being!!!!
Our service men and women deserve our upmost respect and admiration. As citizens of this nation it is our duty to support our troops when they come home. They voluntarily left here whole and most come back incomplete, some didn't come back at all. Your manager and his employee should be ashamed of themselves for turning away a veteran and his service dog. Breaking the law in this manner doesn't put Walgreens in a good light at all!

ADA violator. Shame on you Walgreens for allowing this to happen. I think a VERY PUBLIC, NATIONAL apology should be issued. The employee fined, Walgreens fined and compensation given to the individual who was victimized by Walgreens via the employee.
