Is it Walgreen's company policy to violate the rights of a disabled veteran? Is it company policy to violate the Americans with Disabilities Act? Is it company policy for managers to embarrass customers in front of everyone in the store? Whatever the case, you have lost my business for good. Your treatment of a veteran was disrespectful, rude, and unacceptable. Your customer service was pathetic and you need to train your employees in how to handle situations like this in the future.
I will never be a customer for you again. I sure hope the manager gets let go. Discrimination is shameful.
I will boycott All Walgreens until this manager is fired!He needs to be fined for breaking the law. Walgreens owes this Hero an immediate PUBLIC APOLOGY. WHAT A DISGRACE. EPIC FAIL.

This poor excuse of a manager needs to be fired and never allowed to work in retail again...YOU CANNOT REFUSE SERVICE TO SOMEONE WHO IS DOING NOTHING WRONG.
As a loyal and long term customer I must say that if the disregard for service animal usage is not addressed nationwide and publicly I will assist with any efforts or campaigns to boycott your store. It's an outrage and not just because it was a veteran but for anyone with a disability. Do you make people in wheel chairs get out because they occupy more of an aisle than a healthy person? No difference in my eyes. And speaking of eyes, I suppose the blind and their companions aren't allowed either.
YOUR POLICY NEEDS TO BE CHANGED WHEN IT COMES TO THE ADA LAW. ANYONE WITH A COMPANION DOG HAS THE RIGHT TO TAKE THAT DOG INTO YOUR STORE....REFUSING IS A FEDERAL VIOLATION OF THE ADA.......THIS MANAGER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF AND FIRED.......I WILL STAND BEHIND THIS VET IS HE DECIDES TO SUE.
The vet escalated the situation, a simple collar or harness rather than a vest would have been helpful. Then the issue would never had escalated. That being said, the store should not have told the man he couldn't come in the store. The vet however, should never have used foul language and I would have kicked him out myself. There is a video on YouTube called Veterans and Bootz's Law: Service Animals and Persons with Disabilities in Texas, that every Walgreen's employee needs to be trained on!
From Missouri - I guess we are done with Walgreens. Maybe open one in the middle-east somewhere?
