They went from a service oriented pharmacy to insulting veterans at every turn. I refuse to shop here. If you want to alienate your clientele, you're doing a pretty good job.
Your employees violated the Americans with Disabilities Act and discriminated against a veteran. Disgusting! At the very least they should be suspended, re-trained, and required to give a face-to-face apology. There is no excuse for your employees behavior. None.

All I can say is shame on the employee for yelling across the store at this man and double shame on the manager & his so called professionalism.
Throwing people out of your store with service dogs is basically being a bully! You are refusing service to people with a disability! That is horrible! These animals are very well trained and expensive! They are not just given to anyone! They are more well behaved then your store managers and employees! I personally an disabled, do not have a service dog! I will not shop at a Walgreens again! I will spread the word about this too!

After watching the video of your store manager and employees abusing a veteran with his service animal. Which legally may go anywhere in the USA. It is obvious Walgreen's needs to educate their employees about therapy animals, customer service, manners, respect! Shame on everyone involved!
