I think this is horrible. I ahve sen the same thing happen in other places with a dog that had the vest on and the management at that store stated"oh, It's probably fake because you can but the vests online now" without concrete proof that it is fake to me there is no real issue but to have a customer show you the ID Tag and proof and to do it so publicly is just wrong
You don't need any more credentials than a service dog cross. I will not shop at your store sir.
This really chaps my hide!!!! Ungrateful!! If we do not see an apology...both public and to the veteran we should pull a CRACKER BARREL ON THEM! It's the only way...hurt their pocket! CVS here I come!!!!!!
Wow, as a veteran I am appalled! I can assure you had that service dog not been well trained and doing his job this situation could have ended much worse for this store manager. I am a resident of Mesquite, Texas and formerly shopped at this store... key word being formerly!
None of my family will ever shop at Walgreen's again.

The manager of this Walgreens should terminated for violation of the ADA, Walgreens should send a written apology to the person. This is wrong.
I support veterans and their service dogs. Obviously your management doesn't.
