I'm not a resident but my experience upon my application process was very pleasant! I forget her name, I think it was Aiesha but the young lady in the office was very respectful. Although, she was about to head out for her lunch break she waited for me to arrive. I told her I was coming from Raleigh and I'd arrive in 15 minutes. To my surprise the location wasn't where I thought and it took me about 30 minutes to arrive but she waited for me!
