I know for a fact that some residents who live in those apartments don't actually live there; they live with their son but have a second-floor apartment that they use as an emergency backup, which is unbelievable when so many people are waiting for housing assistance. The tenants smoke marijuana on the complex grounds, even though it's not allowed. Just wanted to share Wakefield commons has been great, and any time I've had a issue it was taking care of very quickly. Yesterday evening my AC just wasn't working I called yesterday evening and left a message and the maintenance man was here by lunch today and fixed it just wanted to say thank you so much
