I absolutely love my Nissan Rogue that Richard Waddell sold me. He was patient and explained everything to us. No hidden secrets and very truthful. They fixed everything that I asked with no questions. Service was good. They even washed my car after replacing the windshield. I like having a sale man (Richard Waddell) that I could trust and feel comfortable. We will buy more cars off him for sure. I have been telling everyone about our experience there. Sam Carnahan is the man to work with. I didnt feel pressured at all with my experience - only that he wanted to educate me on my options. I spent my entire morning at Waikem and he was so patient! I left very satisfied and confident with my decision. I have faith that i wont have any regrets and im looking forward to working with Waikem for years to come
