We recently purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from Waikem Mitsubishi. We worked with Karen Shapuite who was absolutely the best!! I haven't had the best experiences with car dealerships before and was nervous, but Karen helped to ease those fears and made this experience a great one!! I highly recommend Waikem Mitsubishi, but make sure you ask for Karen Shapuite!
I visited Waikem with a pre approved loan and only had that amount to work with, no trade in. Prior to going in, I talked with George Cerrezuella and he had a list of used cars ready for me when I arrived, set me up with his salesman Rick and I left that day with a new car! I cannot express enough how well they treated me! I brought my new car home and that night had a minor issue with it, they didn't even bat and eye and made sure my car was fixed and I was able to take it back home the next day! Great experience, the people there were great and not pushy. They were patient and helpful when it came to helping me get a new car. I highly recommend shopping at Waikem if you need a new car. I have bought to new cars in the past, and the experience was less than enjoyable. I got to work with Karen Shapuite, probably the nicest person you could ever get to work with.
Karen Shapuite was incredibly considerate of my situation. She has amazing customer service and got me into a brand new vehicle! I couldn't be happier with the service I received and I would recommend Waikem to all!
Karen Shapuite went above and beyond as far as customer service is concerned! She made sure that all of my needs were met, responded to my questions, and listened to all of my concerns. I will definitely be back to see her for my next car in the future!
