I had put together my list of vehicles from the website that I was interested in. My favored was the first one I looked at. I met Luke Richardson right away, and took a ride almost immediately. I just recently got a new truck form Waikem Mitsubishi, my sales associate was Rick Waddell. I left a 5 star review because our experience was great. Not only was he friendly and patient with us, he started helping us before the car lot was even open. He came right over and introduced himself, he never pushed me to get something I didn't want, and he helped me find something I was really excited about. It is hard to find a car salesman that will help you like that, so I would 100% recommend Mr. Waddell.
Just purchased our third new vehicle from Waikem. Last one was back in 2004, and 186,000 miles later that vehicle did great. You just can't beat the Waikem way of doing business. We met Rick Waddell as our sales associate, he was awesome. He gave us all options on both new and used, didn't lean in any particular direction, and was as nice as they come.
