Mr. Carnahan is a total professional and should be commended. On the day I helped my daughter purchase a beautiful 2013 Sonata, Waikem was the first of our dealership appts. He answered all of our questions, took us on 3 test drives and obtained the price we desired. We cancelled the other appts in Akron/Cleveland area. He coordinated the entire purchasing process with no hitches and gave us confidence in having our future servicing at Waikem.

He got me in the car I wanted for the price I wanted and was helpful with any questions or concerns I had about the car.
