I"m writing this review for my mom and step-dad, Nancy and Tom Naetzel. They recently purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from Sam Rossi. To this day they talk about what a wonderful sales consultant he was. They admitted they were pain in the butt customers because they could not agree,(between themselves), on the type of vehicle they wanted. But Mr Rossi was very patient and helpful to them. Thanks Mr Rossi for taking such good care of my folks not only during the sale but also afterwards!!!
