I am very pleased with Wahl Heating & Cooling and the fantastic customer service they have provided from start to finish! From the time I called the Carnegie office and spoke with Sharon she was very helpful and explained everything to me in a thorough manner. Sharon was very prompt and scheduling a technician to come to my home to repair my furnace. The Wahl representative was on time and made sure he gave us a detailed report on the inspection of our air conditioner that we requested. We ve been using Wahl for over 16 years and they continue to be, in our estimation, the only company we would trust with our Heating & Cooling. P.S. We will be having Wahl install a new whole-house air conditioning unit next month because we know the job will get done right.
Chuck F is an great technician. He explained everything to me very clearly. Then laid out all my options with associated costs. I sure wish I could trust other companies like this. I ve been burned bad by a competitor cough (Gillece) cough. Anyway... Excellent service from an excellent company. I recommend them to everyone.
