Jim worked very efficiently. He was extremely competent in diagnosing the problem.He was pleasant and trustworthy and completed the job when he said he would. Also he answered all my questions.

I appreciated a phone call from Lindsay to let us know Jim B was going to be later than our original appointment time. Jim described what he would be doing during our Furnace check. I appreciated his knowledge of our boiler system and his recommendations for keeping the system operating at optimum level.
