Joseph and the team at Wagner were great! We saw the vehicle we purchased online, dealt with Joseph, made the entire deal happen over texting (because I'm so busy with work), drove from Houston to pick it up, and we were back home in no time. They had everything ready when we arrived because we were on a time crunch. All we had to do was sign! Best car buying experience we have ever had. No haggling! Joseph was great! Highly recommend! Always excellent customer service with Wagner Cadillac! I made a call to the service department last week regarding my SRX and spoke with Mark. Over the phone he walked me through step by step how to reprogram my key fob since my battery needed to be replaced. That type of courtesy and helpfulness is much appreciated!
I purchased a car from this dealership in OCT 2015 and still have yet to receive the title. I have called them multiple times and asked for assistance and them have pushed off the responsibility to someone else again and again. I am currently reporting this dealership to TXDOT. *** Do not do business with this dealership***

I took my car to be serviced on Friday, after scheduling an appointment online, an also requesting a loaner. When I arrived everyone, was very nice & very polite.. From the receptionist to the driver... All very kind! With the exception of ONE! the one who was assigned to me...Mark Womack. Not polite, rushed me thru the entire process, I was w/o a vehicle for days, he said the loaners were booked up. He never called an gave me updates on my car, I had to call an ask when, what, ?
