We took our SUV to Wagner it took them 2 weeks to get it fixed then when we got the the battery was dead. We did not even get a sorry or let's get u a new battery for ur vehicle all they said is I think u should get a new battery. Poor customer service and they act like they r better than u if ur not driving a caddy. I would give them a negative 4 stars. The mechanic was nice and helpful. I will never go to them for anything ever again and I give them an F .
