By far the best experience I have had at a car dealership! I usually dread going into a car dealership but Nars was great to work with and made the process extremely easy & smooth. This is our first Cadillac and we absolutely love our new XT5!

we had an awesome experience buying my car, James was extremely helpful and did everything he could to help me get the car of my dreams! thanks to him we were able to do about 90% of the process over the phone which made things so much easier since we live 4 hours away from the car lot. once we made it to the car lot, the vehicle was perfect and exactly as described. it took less than an hour for paperwork and to complete the buying process so we could drive home n my dream car!!

Wow!!! Talk about the best car buying experience ever! We worked with James & this was honestly the easiest purchase we have made. Normally we dread the car buying process & refer to the salesmen as vultures but that 100% was not the case at all.
