I purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer with 65K miles, I made this purchase at the end of May 2020. Since that time, my complete Air Conditioning system has went out and has been in the shop at the local Ford dealership more than once plus other mechanics. The transmission is trash. By far the easiest car deal I have ever had. I drove all the way from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area to purchase my vehicle and Shane worked really hard to get the deal that I needed to purchase my 2007 Mustang. Great dealership! From Louisiana and was headed to Dallas to buy a car. Found one here online. Shane was super helpful and straight forward and worked hard to give me the deal I wanted on my Range Rover. It is a beautiful well maintained car. Today we stopped at a store in Tyler and when we came back to the car the battery was dead! We called Wagner and they were there in 5 minutes to jump our car. We drove it back to Wagner's and the battery was replaced and the car washed and we were on our way in less than 2 hours!! Thank you so much. Your employees and service are top notch!
