I was there this past Saturday to get an oil change and the service was exceptional. They took care of me right away even though I didn’t have an appointment. They communicated with me several times letting me know the status of my car even though I wasn’t there for a long period of time. The customer service rep Ayodele went above and beyond. I will definitely go there for anything I need. Thank you for great service.

Good sales force - not pushy. With covid Wade has a great check in with automatic temperature machine. Traded my suv and looking forward to my new suv. Very accommodating to a change I wanted.
My husband recently purchased a Ford Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Ford Raptor (37K miles) from Wade Ford. Our customer experience has been horrendous. I will summarize this story for the sake of long posts. On our drive home from taking delivery of the vehicle we began to experience issues with the truck. Please avoid this dealership at all cost. I was knowingly sold a new car that was overpriced. I brought this matter to their attention before I got my first bill due to a letter received from a lender. This dealership denied this fact. Upon trying to refinance my car, every lender has confirmed what that letter stated. The dealership has been less than helpful in the resolution of this matter.
