Arrived at service lane to an outstanding greeting from several team members. Eric Gantek was my service advisor and did an outstanding job of trying to understand to crazy noises that I was making to try to explain my problem. Communication was excellent from the second I walked away from my truck. I feel I had one of the best customer experiences that I’ve ever had when dealing with a dealership !! I highly recommend you give them a try !! I think Wade Ford has implemented a great customer service plan for 2020 !!
Jason the service manager was extremely helpful and answered all questions I had while my cargo van was at his shop. I needed it to be towed in and Jason made arrangements for that and gave me an update on what was wrong and options to fix it. I highly recommend Wade Ford for all service needs. I will definitely be back!
