Jeff in the body shop is good . They have taken care of scratches on my Truck a few times - very good work and easy to work with. They are a State Farm partner so the insurance work is quick and easy.
I’m originally from Alabama, and on my way home through ATL, my truck broke down. And it was gone for good. Had the tow man take me to Wade Ford, and as soon as I met Alex Spiecha I knew I was in good hands. He went above and beyond helping me when he didn’t have too. very professional and courteous great experience
Don't try to sale your customers services they don't need. My vehicle was there to get wipers and tail lights but they added the $99 package that rotates the tires and changes the oil. I didn't ask for it or approve it but they claimed that I did. Problem with that is that they had changed my oil less than 30 days ago and I had bought 4 new tires 2 weeks ago. So why would I ask or approve of this work? This was the 1st time that I didn't receive a survey request, go figure.
100% experience from start to finish. took all the discomfort out of the dreaded car buying experience. no pressure which was a nice relief. will buy there again for sure. thanks
