Great location great customer service
Really poor experience today with the service regarding communication and pricing of repair. What should have been a $160 diagnostic fee turned into (2) $160 diagnostic fees. Extreme dishonest business practice. The noise that my car was making was not repaired, understandably being that the parts were aftermarket but why did I pay an additional $160 for the diagnosis when I was originally told that the noise was NOT coming from any suspension assembly. Outstanding customer service and reasonably priced.
My oil change and overall check and service was completed very quickly.
Creed is the person to buy a car from. He treats you like family and isn’t a typical car sale mans who will do whatever it takes to get you into any car. He works with your budget, doesn’t rush you and makes sure you get the best rate and payment. This is the 3rd car I have purchased for him and my family has purchased 7 cars from him in the past. Erny in finance is great too. You won’t beat the service at Wade Fors. I won’t buy a car from anyone else.
