Pretty cut and dry purchase. It took way WAY too long to get the paperwork done though. After an independent inspection of the vehicle we purchased, I found the wheels to be out of balance and brake rotors were worn out causing a vibration. Also there was body work on the rear bumper and passenger rear door. The clear coat is already falling off and will need a new repair. Not impressed with how they prepare there used cars for resale. Won't be coming here again.

My wife and I were very pleased with the customer service from Andrew and the rest of the crew at wade ford. We shopped around at several dealerships while in the area starting with wade and ended back up with these guys. The whole crew stayed over even after hours to work on our deal and move the process along. This was a purchase and atmosphere we are very pleased with and will definitely be back for our next.
Quick service. Went in for three Recalls. They told me it might take 3 hours but they were done in an hour and a half.
The Customer Service in their service dept was awesome! They gave me updates frequently and set my expectations of when they would be completed with my car! Very clean customers' waiting lounge too!
My experience has been horrible. Lies and deception. I am a Costco Member and trying to make purchase through that program. The sales rep told me I was not going to be able to get the auto I want with no down payment but the paperwork was run from application and I needed $1000 down or 10% then when I finally got the $1000 down thinking I will go in sign the papers and ride out they tell me when I get there that one the paperwork was not run and two I need $2000 down plus my payments would be over $400. My wife and I arrived at the dealership I saw a Linclon MKS 2015. Talked to Steve Cole we talk about the car and he said it would take about an hour to do the paper work. Well including the test drive paper work and out the door about hour was about 1hr and a half. I'm like most people I hate to deal with auto salesman but Steve was a delight to work with. If I have one complaint they didn't detail the car. Other than that I would recommend Steve and Wade Ford to anyone who wants a good deal and great people to work with.
