Another great experience at Wade Ford, having my 2014 Ford Escape serviced. My service advisor, Jerald Sparkman, kept me informed every step of the way. I appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. Most of all, it's nice to have a friendly face and someone who knows me when I come in to the dealership.
I purchased a new Ford Edge basically over the net by working with Wade Ford sales person Max Williams. We had several texts and e-mails and then I centered in on the vehicle I preferred. Drove from Huntsville, Al. and upon arrival was greeted by Max. Took the vehicle for a test drive and then proceeded with the purchase. Max asked all the questions and got me the biggest discount and trade allowance and then got in the vehicle and explained everything that I had a question on and even some new features. I have used the Wade service department since 2004. Erik Gantek has been the Service Advisor I have worked with all these years and I really appreciate his professionalism, honesty and willingness to work with me.
Through two F-150 King Ranch trucks and 160,000 miles, I've had every oil change, every repair and every add-on done at Wade, almost all of it overseen by Eric Gantek in Service. His management of my vehicle's health has been essentially to worry-free driving for all those miles. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. It's a class operation.
I really enjoy my time there, when bringing in my car for maintenance or just looking around the showroom. The people are friendly and very helpful and the shop always does a great job, I will keep bringing my car here for all maintenance.
