Took a truck in to get serviced with an appointment. Waited almost two hours. A guy came inside saying it was going to take at least 30 more minutes to change a filter only to figure out that he wasn't talking about the truck I brought in and my truck had been done for over 45 minutes and not one person had notified me. This is probably why I don't own a Ford. Will never go back to this location.
They have a good team of people and their service is great
Stop living and cheating customers. Make good on lemon cars they selll. Stop trying to pad service dpt revenue by having customer spend more money in repairs that should have already been done. Out nearly $6000 on a car I bought for my collegiate daughter. Wade Ford SHOULD BE ASHAMED. All who give good ratings can’t be customers. There must be employees or family members of employees hoping to keep business good. A Sham.

Eric Gantek is always thorough, professional, friendly and courteous, as is everyone I have dealt with in the service department. Eric went out of his way to obtain clips for a lift gate strut which did not come with the strut I had purchased online. Lesson learned - buy the strut from Wade and avoid the problem to begin with. Thank you, Eric!
