*update 1/7/19 Wade ford customer service manager Phillip Caffey reached out to me personally and apologized on behalf of wade fords maintenance team and explained that customer service is very important and what I went through shouldn’t have happened. I feel like they truly do care and I’ll be returning there for my future maintenance on my vehicle.
