I brought my Ford Focus in due to a car accident. The front fender had been damaged. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. My Focus now looks great again!
Scheduled both my cars for oil changes and was in and out in an hour and half and that included drive time to swap vehicles.
I drove up from Florida to purchase a new Focus ST. Negotiated the deal over the phone and saved thousands!! No funny business when I got there, everyrhing was just as they promised. Car was detailed and fueled up and they had the paperwork ready to go. I was in and out in less than an hour. I buy and sell a lot of cars and this was the easiest dealership transaction I have had. Thanks to Jeremy Jones and the whole staff, I am 110% satisfied!
I guess every one has a bad day, but when I take a day off of work for a recall issue, and the service guy doesn't check me in, and told to wait in lobby by another service tech. Finally an hour later my service guy comes out and said he didn't have the part, total BS! not only did I take the day off but I wasted 70 minutes in the lobby.
Eric Gantek is amazing! We had an brake problem that we expected would keep us from leaving on a family trip. Eric and the others in the service department got the part and had it installed in one day. We were able to leave the next day. In fact, we are now in Illinois visiting our children and granddaughters.
I had the pleasure of purchasing an Explorer today from Wade Ford. The whole experience was great from start to finish. I was welcomed to the dealership with my very own reserved parking spot which, on a rainy day, is a fantastic thing! My salesman, Marty, was an absolute delight. He was attentive, listened to my needs and wants, and helped me choose the best vehicle for me. my auto was serviced quickly and efficiently. Everyone in the service department were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to make my visit comfortable and short. So I took my Ford Transit Connect to Wade Ford to get the left brake light fixed and the windshield washers - for the second time. I just checked and the brake light does not work and the windshield washer is lame. This is the second and last time I will take my car for service there. I waited 1.5 hours and finally had to go up to the service agent and ask about the status of my car. This is the last time I will take my car to Wade Ford. They are lousy.
