I had my F-150 towed to Wade Ford when it failed to start last Friday because they were the closest Ford Dealership to me. Did not get a diagnosis until Wednesday morning from Rick (nice guy by the way). Rick told me that my engine was locked up and that they tried to turn it manually and could not. I bought my Escape Titanium back in March. It was the absolute best buying experience we have ever had. I thought I would miss the Mustang Convertible that I bought new in 2004, but the Escape is awesome. Thanks to the Sales & Finance Team for being very professional and NOT pushy. Gary Austin was the best Sales person I have ever dealt with.
Ralph Ferguson is all about great customer experience. Love my new Mustang.
Was going to take a two hour drive there to look at car that the salesman knew I was coming to look at and that I was driving from so far away and they sold the car the day before and he never even called to tell. I mean yes make the sell while you have the opportunity but at least tell someone that you know is coming to look at it that it's sold before they make a two hour drive when you had plenty of time (24 hours) to notify that customer.
I took my car in back in February for what I was told would be a 5 day job at most. A month and half later my car is still in the shop because apparently they keep ordering the wrong parts. Nothing has been offered to help me and the only time I hear from the dealership is when they have to push back the day that my car will be done which has happened about 4 times now. I'm never bringing my car back for maintenance whenever I get it back (Still waiting for it to be done.)
I do not recommend coming to Wade Ford for a used car sale. We bought a used JEEP a little over a year ago. Don Turner, our Sales Rep, was a disappointment when it came to getting things done the 1st, 2nd AND 3rd time, so we had to involve Danny Pereira, the Used Car Sales Manager, who also made many unfilled promises, (we STILL don't have a vehicle manual) despite the initial frustrations we went through with Don.
