Some of the funkiest folks in town do all of their gift and holiday shopping at Wacko, also known as Soap Plant. One of the most notorious and eclectic shops in Los Angeles, it's a sure bet that you'll find things that you never knew existed. From Sumo wrestler lunch boxes to patchouli soaps and kiss "Psycho Circus" dolls, expect the unexpected. It's the perfect place if you want to take home a little bit of Hollywood hipster heaven.

Woven into the fabric of my youth! I still have the most awesome pair of sterling silver earrings - snakes as treble clefs - that I HAD to have even though they were $26! Barb Wire rung me up. Wonder what that is in today’s dollars?
They have the best selection of art, books and chatchkees!
I have received wonderful customer service from this store! Trish put a lot of time and effort into helping me get the best possible deal. Highly recommend!
always something to find
Keeping it simple... I've been shopping at Soap Plant for over 20 years and so happy to introduce it to my kids and friends. We adore everything about this shop, as well as La Luz... Gallery. We love coming in and spending a couple hours strolling through the aisles and looking at art. The staff is always fun to talk with and very helpful �
