Worst bedside manner of any doctor I have seen, and I have seen a lot. Rushes through appointments and doesn't take time to ask/answer questions. It took me two visits to fit in all the necessary tests for one complete visit. Does not have the knowledge and expertise that I would expect from an opthamologist. I'll take the hour drive in traffic to downtown Dallas to see a qualified specialist over this eye doctor.

My husband just had cataract surgery with a serious Redna problem on top of it, he had since birth. My husband sees better than EVER in his whole life. He doesn't even need glasses for close up, only for driving, etc. Dr. Ku is incredibly knowledgable, a real professional and is so quick in analizing, that's why he doesn't have to spend too much time with us.

I've been going to Dr Ku for years, and I used to love coming here for my eye needs. The last few appointments however I have had to wait 45min-1 hour. It seems Dr Ku overbooks clients. I don't have time to spend 2.5 hours for an eye appointment, especially when my total time with the actual doc is about 5-10 min. He seems rushed when I do finally get to see him. His staff are ok, some nicer than others. Dr Ku is a great doctor and very knowledgeable, but I won't be returning.

Dr. Ku is attentive, competent, and professional. He is a highly capable ophthalmologist.

Basically, there is no easy (maybe none) way to cancel an appointment. No hours or operation are shown, only a telephone # that says the offices are closed even when he appointment is scheduled.

Front office staff was nice. Assts and staff preforming eye tests and evaluating eye vision was vary poor. Forgot twice to run me through the eye check process before being seen by Dr. Ku. Didn't have my prior records when needed that were taken at one office and sent to the other where they scheduled my 2nd appointment. Not much explanation when results were poor Did not reach expectations with vision. Will not recommend to anyone. Having eyes re-checked by another doctor

As a doctor, he is ok, he needs better staff. The staff are the reason I changed doctors.

I went to Dr. Gupta a 2nd/new opinion of my eye condition. The staff was very professional & quick acting to get me in, I was very concerned about my eye. Every person at the clinic was kind , explained all tests procedures, I very much appreciated that , because, anything about your EYE is very stressful! I met Dr. Gupta, he was kind, concerned , told me the REAL problem w/ my eye.... We set up a surgery date. The whole experience was beyond my expectations! I now have 20/20 vision!
