I have been a patient for several years. From an eye infection to the devastating diagnosis of glaucoma, Dr Elieff & his staff have exhibited kind professionalism. He has been watching my cataracts & has NEVER been pushy about surgery, as one negative reviewer stated. Rather, he has insisted on “keeping watch” over the density of my cataracts & replacing “as needed”. I consider Dr Elieff to be an exceptional ophthalmologist.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ku’s for over 20 years and have a great working relationship. He performed cataract surgery on my right eye smoothly. I had no pain or stress before, during, or after the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Ku for any serious patient willing to follow instructions.
I have no issue with Dr KU but the administration of their office is atrocious! I personally sent a half dozen emails with my primary Drs referral for insurance and never got a response! This is inexcusable! I will locate an alternative Dr that knows the importance of a competent administrative staff.
Uncaring and condescending-never going back to him!
I have been going to Dr Ku for years-he is a very good doctor and is honest and knowelable-I trust him and he has always answered all my questions and taken excellent care of my eyes!!
Never look at me in the face , don’t listen what my concern, no care for me at all.
I am well informed he examines me throughly. I have always been pleased during all my appointments. He is a doctor who cares about his patients.
As always, my visit was very good. I do appreciate having had Dr. Ku do my cataracts on both my eyes in December. I am so happy with the results! Thank you Dr. Ku and staff!
I was referred to Dr Ku by my primary doctor 5 years ago. All my appointments with Dr Ku have been properly diagnosed and treated as I have cataracts and glaucoma. He will be doing surgery soon on the cataracts. Some reviewers here want "warm and fuzzy" from an ophthalmologist...none of mine have been that...but Dr Ku is very experienced..professional...well thought of by my other doctors and very very busy.
