When my Nissan broke down in Sedalia today. I called the Nissan dealer was told " go to Wal-Mart we our service center is closed". Went to W-K was offered a loaner car until they could look at it on Monday. Thank you for not leaving us stranded. I know where my next car will be purchased. �❤
We took my daughters car in due to transmission. They were quick to diagnose that it needed new tranny. They ordered it Friday and Tuesday my daughter gets a call that it's ready to pick up. Really didn't expect it to get fixed that fast and when we went in to pick it up the staff was fantastic and friendly. They made us feel important and we greatly appreciated it. Great job to the entire service team!!!

I recently purchased a new 2016 GMC Canyon from W-K Chevrolet, Buick, Cadillac and GMC. They, as always, were outstanding to work with from start to finish in the purchasing process. I bought a new gmc Sierra from wk and have had all service done there. It's the best service dept I've ever dealt with and believe me, that's saying alot! They are polite, accommodating and treat their customers with respect. I want to know I'll be treated well After I buy and WK does that.
The people were friendly and gave me a fair deal on a used car but said they checked everything out and it was in good shape. I specifically asked about the tires because they looked old. They said they were fine. The first time I drove it more than 50 miles away from home the car started pulling to the right and shimming. I took it to the closest dealership and they said I had a huge bubble in the tire and the rest of the tires had dry rot.
