Just a big thumbs up to the WK Service Dept. I was in for service last week and Lucas Moore had recommended wiper blades. I had know that I needed them due to not being able to see out the windshield when it rained. Well after last nights heavy rain and having to drive over thirty miles I could see clearly out of my windshied which made me feel safer on the ride home. Again thank you Lucas.
This is a high class operation. The sales team is polite, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I bought a 2014 Silverado today, and I never felt hurried, pressured, or handled. I was given the opportunity to look at every single option I wanted to see across multiple vehicles. The finance process was simple, easy, no pressure, no gimmicks.
