RecommendedWorked with the team at Twins Buick 95% over the phone. They were quick and helpful in gathering any and all info they could over the phone and online so that when I went to pickup my new 2021 GMC Canyon Denali it was a smooth transaction with the least amount of in person as possible. This was very useful considering I lived 2 hours from their shop. I appreciate their work and help and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting quick service and friendly staff. New truck was clean and as advertised, very satisfied.

RecommendedService staff are professional, explain what is to occur, ask me if I wanted additional services performed as part of service , explaining fee based and free services. Service was quick , and they observed COVID precautions. Service counter staff (Carolyn) even provided recommendation for a quick bite to eat in close proximity that was perfect for breakfast. I’d definitely encourage folks to visit.
