We were on our way back to the lake from KC when our car lost power. We were 20 minutes away and called their service department. They told us to pull in and they’d have a loaner car waiting for us. We had two little ones in the car so we were worried we’d have to sit and wait or be put into a car we’d be cramped in. We pulled in, we’re helped immediately by Jordan and Rock. I purchased a new Silverado high country in July and was treated like a valued customer from the start. This was the second pickup truck that I've purchased and if I buy another one it will be from WK Chevrolet. I had it serviced at 5000+ miles and again ___treated like I was appreciated.
