My salesman has kept his word since day one, but today he exemplified his devotion of being a man of his word. We had a flat tire and tire plugs were not working so I called him and he quickly got a car to base took my truck and dropped it back off with a new tire. We were on our way back to the lake from KC when our car lost power. We were 20 minutes away and called their service department. They told us to pull in and they’d have a loaner car waiting for us. We had two little ones in the car so we were worried we’d have to sit and wait or be put into a car we’d be cramped in. We pulled in, we’re helped immediately by Jordan and Rock.
