This place has no loyalty to its customers. I’ve spent almost 100 thousand there over 5 years. They can’t eat the low cost of a battery on a car I’ve had less than a year. Not to mention there sister lot will try to scam you on a handshake deal. Duck hatchett

I would NOT recommend buying a vehicle from Gerry Lane!!! This is super lengthy, but I’m PISSED!!! This is the worst place to buy a car from. Bought my car from them about 2 months ago, in the first two weeks the car was fine. We were talking about an 80k dollars Yukon Denali 2021. This dealership is a joke, wish I could zero stars. Story is I had a deposit on a truck and had the truck locked in and agreed on all terms and price. Dealership sent me photos of the truck to inform me that it came in and told me what day would work for me to come in knowing I was flying in from Michigan.
