I recommend WK because that's where the family gets vehicles but I do not recommend Dan. I came in and knew EXACTLY what I wanted. I had even asked a lady before to show me what I could get with my price range and payments. I came in thinking I was going to trade my car off and was completely disappointed. I bought a vehicle and asked if it had built in navigation and was told it did. It does not, yes I should have verified but trusted the salesman. When I asked about it he said well it’s built it through On-Star. I was supposed to get xm radio full access for three months. It quit after 2 weeks. I called about this several times. The signal was resent and now I have partial access, which is not what I was told. I called XM and they told me subscription expired on the day I bought the vehicle. I had been looking for a few months and stumbled across a truck I was interested in. I emailed them to see if it was available and it was so I drove down there to look at it and it was parked up front ready for a test drive. Robert Bond was my salesman. He was super knowledgeable in the truck and was friendly. Robert was not pushy at all and gave me all the time in the world to think about it. This experience by far was the best I have had at any dealer when trying to buy a car. W-K is my home for my car buying needs.
Service is always awesome. Super friendly people that work there. They are always able to get me in for my oil changes. Also bought my car from there and couldn't be more happy with it! I definitely recommend WK!
Excellent Service I am looking for a used truck and have come across yet another wonderful dealership in Missouri. Josh and Bridget Bruns were prompt and courteous in answering my questions, sending photos and video. Although I did not purchase the vehicle, they are going to let me know if they get another vehicle in that suits my needs. Wish I had dealerships such as these in my area.
