The service is good, but most of the rooms have a view of a building. This makes the rooms very dark. The cell reception is horrible! I need to sit in the window cell to talk on the phone. The bath towels could be larger. Both my colleague and I are SPG preferred members and when my colleague asked for a different room, he was told a suite was available for an extra $800 a night. Really? Are you serious. Then, they sent him a couple of bottles of water. This is unacceptable when we are paying $299 a night.
My hubby and I took our daughter and niece to Universal Studios and did the whole Hollywood walk of fame thing. The hotel was in a perfect location on Hollywood Blvd, around the corner from Roscoe's �, and 10 minutes from Universal Studios. The g ohhhhh rls thought the room was really pretty...the decor was vibrant, classy and cute. We loved the hotel and would definitely stay again�
