Good stylish hotel with fairly basic service standards. There is no cohesion, guest interaction which they want to avoid at all costs. Either they are underpaid because they don’t look understaffed. They will give you all wrong and right excuses to back up their lapse but still won’t fix it. Had long interaction with their top executives but it’s all about passing the buck. We had similar experience at another Starwood Hotel at Boston Sheraton. We were there for a week but I guess we have been spoilt by Hyatt and Hilton chai... read more
