The hotel needs to be updated. The staff was fine.
Rooms are pretty nice, but the hotel staff is really unfriendly, rude and disrespectful. Bar location is nice as well, but the prizes for longdrinks are way to high.

RecommendedBeautiful hotel. First time to Atlanta to celebrate my birthday. Stayed in one of the Fabulous Rooms. Staff is super friendly and available when needed. The hotel is a bit pricey but if you can afford it, give t a try. A major thank you to Terrance Naves at front desk who made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrive.

Fairly significant vehicle damage done by W Midtown valet and their insurance adjuster refuses to take responsibility. Room was just okay...much smaller than expected. Couple of lights and phone didn't function properly. Price tags hanging off of just about everything.
