Kept me waiting for a room for over 45 minutes at 12:30 am. I have a confirmed reservation. Others that came In behind me were put into rooms. I understand the whole status thing as I am diamond with hiltons, but this has to be the worst experience I have had in a very long time. I spend 3 night on average a week in hotels. I won't be staying at Starwood properties in the future. Bad form W hotel.
I received top notch customer service from the staff here. The room was spectacular and spacious with a PHENOMENAL VIEW! I was placed in a great location (was visiting for the Atlanta Classic game at the Georgia Dome). I would highly recommend a stay here. I'll be back I'm sure.
Staying here right now. The room does not have a working television. No one is able to help us or move us to a different room. They offered us a dumb free breakfast. This place is over priced with bad customer service. The manager showed no empathy at all. So disappointed with this brand and will not be returning.
Was torn between 3-4. It loses stars because we had a really rough check-in one time out of 3 BUT we ended up with 2 bottles of complimentary champagne. Rooms are beautiful but sometimes the service is only so-so. Possibly because we stay at Pride and it's a madhouse that isn't their fault.
