Although the staff was very good, I was highly appalled that because I have private medical insurance/blue cross, that unless I gave them my credit card they were refusing to treat my daughter and myself The office manager insisted it was the policy that anyone with private medical insurance had to give a credit card or they wouldn’t be treated. RecommendedMe gusto me atendieron rápido y todas las chicas y la doctora son muy educadas y simpática y muy profesional. I liked I was treated quickly and all the girls and the doctor are very polite and friendly and very professional.
Everyone there was amazing. And friendly. Totally put me at ease. In and out in 45 minutes yet never felt rushed. Great experience.

RecommendedWent there tonight thinking I had bronchitis ends up I had pneumonia very very nice people the doctor was super nice and super knowledgeable and very caring don’t have one thing to say bad about it triage nurse the nurse that came in and gave me shots everyone was super super nice

I went to this urgent care right after I got out of work at 7:30 pm on a Friday night (they close at 8:00 pm). What had started as a small lump on my Bicep had turned into a skin abscess the size of an orange that was very painful, red and infected. The receptionist told me she was unaware if they would be able to treat me because of the severity of the abscess, and the fact that I was also a diabetic witch makes me a high risk patient.
