Although the staff was very good, I was highly appalled that because I have private medical insurance/blue cross, that unless I gave them my credit card they were refusing to treat my daughter and myself The office manager insisted it was the policy that anyone with private medical insurance had to give a credit card or they wouldn’t be treated. Went there tonight thinking I had bronchitis ends up I had pneumonia very very nice people the doctor was super nice and super knowledgeable and very caring don’t have one thing to say bad about it triage nurse the nurse that came in and gave me shots everyone was super super nice

I went to this urgent care right after I got out of work at 7:30 pm on a Friday night (they close at 8:00 pm). What had started as a small lump on my Bicep had turned into a skin abscess the size of an orange that was very painful, red and infected. The receptionist told me she was unaware if they would be able to treat me because of the severity of the abscess, and the fact that I was also a diabetic witch makes me a high risk patient. Great staff, very helpful and convenient, great hours of operation.
Bad place to go to. Went in there with a stomach virus and they turned me down because i didnt have my debit card with me. Plus a $35 copay. I would rather wait 8 hours in the hospital

I had some sort of big bite on my leg and the doctor looked at it and told me that it was nothing and that I would be fine I was also complaining of an ear ache which he also said was nothing and sent me in my way after spending $125.00 dollars. However after about 2 days my leg started to turn black and my ear was hurting even worse so I went to a different urgent care where they told me that my leg was infected and prescribed antibiotics and I also had a cold do to allergies. So I would never use this place again
