I am a nurse and am, therefore, picky about my own community care providers. I have loved Dr. Shen, Wendy and Leona for years. I went to him when he wasnt in my current vision plan and paid out of pocket. Dr Shen is that good. He takes time to explain and answer questions. A patient feels heard and cared for, traits terribly lacking in American health care today.
Dr. Shen, Windy and Leona provide outstanding care. Your � are the windows to your soul, trust them to the best. Vue Optique has some of the coolest frames. I just picked up a pair of Vinylize cat eye frames made from recycled classic 45 records!
My first visit to Vue was not ideal. I wrote about it and shared a not so good review. But...these folks worked hard to hear my concerns and fixed the problem for me. Dr. Chen was very thorough and seems to really care about my eye care. I appreciate the attention and diligence.
On the verge of moving to PA, I would to say how much I'm going to miss Vue Optique. When I come in, year after year, Dr. D. Shen, Wendy and Leona always treat me with a bright smile and welcoming words. I also appreciate their honesty. They will not push you to buy a new pair of glasses/contact lenses if they deem your eyesight hasn't changed in a year. As to Leona, oh my! I was so sad when she left and SO HAPPY when she came back. I love going to Vue Optique - even if just for a short visit when in town. Dr David is expert...so knowledgable & Wendy is fun. I am about to get a new pair of glasses there and know that Leona will help fit them correctly. She always is a big help with any adjustments I have whether big or small...and nobody can get a pair of old dingy glasses cleaner than Leona!
