They went above and beyond with my stove installation I went back for a fridge. Very happy with both products.
Highly recommend VSG Appliances! Great customer service. I knew a big box store wouldn’t take the time to figure out the parts we needed for our refrigerator. VSG Appliances took the time to research and ordered it at a reasonable price. On top of that, Victor offered to reassemble the parts (it was complicated) so we could install it ourselves. What a great business.
When I first arrived I didn’t know what to expect. Cecilia was amazing in showing me every fridge that met our criteria, and giving me the full run down of all the features, what’s been fixed, information about each fridge, etc. She was quick to answer all of my questions, and even helped with negotiating the price down so that we could get the fridge we wanted, without compromising going with a smaller option.
