I highly recommend this business! While I was browsing he didn't try to sell me on the most expensive appliance or even hover around me. He gave me a great deal on a washer and dryer with delivery and setup. I support local whenever possible and VSG appliances are definitely one I would recommend. Victor was friendly, fair and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about them! Good service is hard to come by these days but today he provided me with excellent service and I can tell he's like that with every customer.
These guys have been awesome! Bought a used Electrolux washer and dryer and today my drier just stopped working and they delivered a brand new drier with the stickers like it came straight from Lowe’s. I was not expecting this!! They didn’t have to do this because I’m sure they lost money on the deal. Super awesome customer service😊.
Great experience from the moment we walked into the store to the delivery at our home. Customer service was amazing everyone was super helpful and kind. The delivery was very smooth and quick, the two guys that delivered were very kind and careful when installing/moving. Best experience, definitely recommend to everyone!
I have purchased two things from VSG now. A washer and an upright deep freezer. The guys there were awesome. They not only delivered the appliances to my home, but they brought them down my very narrow stairs into the basement. Even removing several doors to make it fit and then putting the doors back on. And they took my old appliances away for me. I couldn't be happier with their service and will continue to happily give them my money in the future.
