My refrigerator was not working and I was waiting on parts. I called and asked if they could help and they immediately scheduled a time the next day. The technician was able to diagnose and repair within hours because they had parts on hand. What a life saver! Excellent, friendly service!!

Took my fridge back to their shop for warranty repairs. Came back with a big dent on the bottom drawer and parts missing inside. Owner stated it was like that before even though I have pictures of the fridge before it left. Go elsewhere for appliance repairs tons of shops in the tri cities with better care for your appliances.
This is the best place to buy any and every appliance, fridge, stove, WHATEVER! IT'S FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED They have an image to keep up so you can bet you last dollar they operate with integrity honestly blown away. Very knowledgeable guys working here cannot stress that enough!
