VS failed to respond to a flood into my ceiling from a unit above me which caused significant mold and then LIED TO MY RENTERS INSURANCE & said it never happened to attempt to conceal their negligence so my claim was denied. I was forced to file an insurance fraud complaint with dept of financial services & the criminals at VS should be getting arrested any day now
