Please read the fine details very, very closely. After providing a 10-day payoff for our trade in, Capital Volvo sent the payoff after the 10-days and now, the bank, has a balance due of around $100. We received a letter from the bank. When I informed Capital Volvo, they said via the salesman that it states in the payoff document that the customer is responsible for any difference. BAIT & SWITCH SCAM. STAY AWAY. Unethical and untrustworthy dealership and service department. The dealership decided not to honor their website coupons, car was in service for 2 days, revealed surcharge on credit card payments at the last minute, service "issue" review software is a "squeeze play", uncommunicative staff. Manager nowhere to be found. I suggest taking your business somewhere else.
Toby helped us get a car for our son yesterday and it couldn't have gone better. He was very nice and answered all of our questions and made sure everything was taken care of on the car. This was the most pleasant and quick car buying experience we have had. Ask for Toby next time you go looking for a car!
Volvos are great cars. Buying from this dealership was fairly easy but the service department management does not meet our expectations. It really detracts from the brand. It is very frustrating for us to schedule service. No return phone calls. No notice when the car is ready. Poor communication. The mechanics do a good job with repairs, but the service advisor has been a disappointment.
