I've been having my hair done by Becca for many months now, but this was my 1st time seeing her at Volume One. It was a long day because I had major lightening done but I was comfortable the whole time and I absolutely LOVE my hair! I got exactly what I asked for and zero damage to my hair which is a major thing for me. I'm very happy with my experience! Becca rocks!

Last week was my first time trying VolumeONE salon and i'm so glad I did! The location is really convenient for getting in and out of downtown Pensacola and the salon itself has a wonderful atmosphere. Everyone seems very knowledgeable and happy to be there, including the sweetest french bulldog who greets people as they come in to the salon. My best friend introduced me to Becca and she did an incredible job! I love my silver melt that she spent the entire day on. I was very nervous about it, but she was very reassuring and made me very comfortable. She also kept me entertained the entire appt. which was hard because that appt took all day. If you want wild colors, or anything at all, GO SEE BECCA. She's absolutely incredible
