Liz is amazing!! She really took her time on my haircut and color & it turned out even better than I could've imagined. They really care about what YOU want!! Also, everyone there was extremely nice & it's a great environment.
Had my hair done for the first time at volume one, loved it! Everyone is super nice, the salon is open and very modern. Katherine did an awesome job on my color and cut, will definitely go back!!!!
I waited until my appointment and 15 minutes after. Eventually I just left. The inability to keep a schedule is indicative of poor management and a business that's not serious about what it does. What a waste of my time.

We are very sorry about that Kyle. Unfortunately appointments run late sometimes due to a number of circumstances, external and internal, and the external are unfortunately beyond our control. One of the desk people should have noted to you that the barber was running behind, and if they could have rescheduled you to make sure your schedule was kept. I am sorry and hope you will give us another try as this is not indicative of how we operate and I know we can live up to your expectations.
